COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo Denk PRS-1593D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo-Machine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Selco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Scheebeager product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo-Machine such as the STNM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 372176 manufactured by Selco and we are pleased to be able to service most Selco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 565090441 by Manufacturer Scheebeager as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Seiberco Brand AIMAX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo-Denki such as 27BA030FXT30C equipment made by Sanyo-Denki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo-Denki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo-Denki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 370449 made by Schunk as well as the popular U825T original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OSEB by Schunk and 27BA030FXT30C spares by Sanyo-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P50B7020DXVT2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo-Denki. |
